Can I cancel at any time?+
Yes. Paid plans are billed monthly and you can manage or cancel your subscription from Zakio Billing. Your access follows the subscription status confirmed by your selected payment provider.
What happens to my Free plan when I upgrade?+
Your Free workspace stays available until the paid checkout is successfully completed. Zakio only activates the paid entitlement after Stripe or PayPal confirms the subscription.
Does Zakio store my card details?+
No. Checkout and payment authorization are handled by Stripe or PayPal. Zakio stores only the billing identifiers and verified subscription status needed to keep your plan in sync.
Do unused monthly credits roll over?+
Monthly credits reset with each billing period. Any separate one-time promotional or welcome credits are tracked independently and are not removed when your monthly allowance resets.
